Verisure is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst in Madrid to turn data into actionable insights for commercial, operational, customer, and financial teams. The role focuses on building dashboards, improving KPI design, and strengthening data foundations in a fast-moving environment.

You will collaborate with Data & Analytics to ensure data quality and scalable analytics solutions, leveraging tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Looker to support strategic decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• A couple of years of BI/Analytics experience.
• Strong SQL skills with large datasets.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Knowledge of data modelling and KPI design.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Professional level of English.

What You'll Do

Drive insights that matter

Cut through complexity to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Translate business challenges into sharp insights and actionable recommendations that influence real decisions across commercial, operational, customer and financial functions.

Deliver reporting that drives action

Own and evolve dashboards that don’t just inform—but guide. Ensure KPIs are meaningful, trusted, and aligned with business goals, while continuously raising the bar on how performance is tracked and understood.

Partner with the business

Work closely with stakeholders across the organization, challenging assumptions and shaping decisions. Communicate insights with clarity and impact, becoming a go-to partner for performance questions.

Strengthen data foundations

Champion data quality and consistency across sources. Collaborate with Data Engineering and Data Science to improve reliability and build a stronger, more scalable data environment.

About You

You bring a strong analytical mindset, paired with natural curiosity and a proactive approach. You're not afraid to explore beyond the obvious, ask questions, and uncover insights that others might miss. At the same time, you thrive in a flexible, fast-moving environment where priorities can evolve, and you're comfortable adapting while keeping quality high.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• A couple of years of experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
• Knowledge of data modelling and KPI design
• Advanced Excel skills
• Professional level of English
