To strengthen our TSS Mergers & Acquisition team in Spain we are searching for a Business Integration Manager in Barcelona area.

As a Business Integration Manager within TSS, you will have the opportunity to contribute in all post-acquisition business activities for one of the portfolios. Within recently acquired companies you will support the Managing Directors and management team with the implementation of the TSS way of working and best practices in a decentralized model.

While stimulating the next phase of a strongly performing business with high customer- and employee value, you will manage the balance between the companies own culture and the TSS driven IDE values (Innovative, Dedicated, Entrepreneurial).

Together with the TSS Portfolio Manager who is responsible for multiple companies in Spain, you will be in charge to support the Business Unit directly after its acquisition.

Taking our growth ambition into account, you will have the opportunity to work everywhere within Spain, meet many new colleagues and to help the new acquired businesses with their start as a part of the TSS Spain organization.

We buy companies but never sell them, therefore it is important that the newly acquired companies experience significant added value as part of TSS for the long term. Your work in the initial period after the acquisition therefore has a major impact.

Required skills and experience :

  • Self-starting independent professional.
  • Well-developed communication and stakeholder management skills on various levels within a company including C-level.
  • Organizational and business sensitivity.
  • Financial savviness and highly result driven.
  • Experienced in project management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interest and curiosity to profoundly understand the (new) company.
  • Open minded towards our TSS & CSI philosophy and best practices.
  • At least bachelor and preferably master’s degree in business economics / business administration / finance management.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, verbal and written.
  • Experience with (ICT) change management and / or strategic account management / M&A is a plus.
  • Flexible and mobile : this position requires regular business travels.

Your onboarding process

The first weeks of working at TSS will be all about getting to know the TSS organization, the different departments, our philosophy and best practices. You will work closely with and alongside the Portfolio Managers and join them in the reporting meetings with the Managing Directors of the several companies in group Spain.

Working at TSS means joining a dynamic and innovative group with global opportunities. This role will provide you full management exposure and career perspectives like for example operational director, managing director and / or portfolio manager positions.

As Business Integration Manager you are part of the Integration team of the Portfolio Managers who are responsible for the TSS companies, that is headquartered in Madrid.
