As a Business Insights Specialist, you will support pharmaceutical clients, act as the first point of contact and expert for IQVIA market data, and assist with data collection inquiries. Training and advising clients on data analysis will also be key responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the point of contact for daily customer inquiries regarding IQVIA offerings, identify new needs, and expand existing services.
2. Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction through active engagement, professional advice, and conducting training sessions, workshops, and market presentations.
3. Participate in negotiations and contract management.
4. Plan and conduct data analyses in collaboration with the Business Insights team.
5. Collaborate and network with internal stakeholders.

Profile:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
2. At least 3-5 years of professional experience.
3. Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
4. Strong customer orientation and analytical skills.
5. Confident communication and presentation abilities.
6. High sense of responsibility and an independent working style.
7. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
8. Experience in pharmaceutical, consumer health, or FMCG environments is advantageous.
9. High level of commitment and flexibility.
