Formación

• 6-8 years of experience in Cyber Risk Management or Information Security.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and IT operations.

Descripción del empleo

Your main tasks will be :

1. To work together with cybersecurity, business, and technology teams to improve the security posture and IT hygiene across business domains.
2. To build and maintain strong relationships with CIOs, business leaders, and project managers, acting as the cyber subject matter expert and single point of contact for cybersecurity issues and initiatives within the domain.
3. To help the business understand cybersecurity risks, threats, and attacks, and assist in ensuring that cyber risks are identified, assessed, mitigated, and monitored effectively.
4. To ensure that products and applications are developed following security standards and guidelines.
5. To reduce the attack surface of the business domain by tracking, prioritizing, and remediating internal and external vulnerabilities.
6. To report the security posture status and progress of cyber initiatives to relevant stakeholders.

Skills :

1. At least 6-8 years of experience related to Cyber Risk Management / Information Security, preferably in financial services.
2. A degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
3. High proficiency in English.
4. Strong knowledge and experience in building, driving, and maturing effective Cyber Risk programs.
5. A global understanding of cybersecurity concepts.
6. Knowledge of IT operations and processes.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical and risk-related concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
8. Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
9. Ability to produce high-quality work with attention to detail.

Additional preferred qualifications:

• Knowledge of Santander cybersecurity systems and infrastructure.
• Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certification.
