We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Diversification team, where you'll play a key role in identifying and evaluating investment opportunities that drive Viscofan's growth. This role will be based in Tajonar, Navarra.

About the Role :

As a Business Analyst, you will :

• Identify and analyze potential investment opportunities in startups, scaleups, and established companies aligned with Viscofan's diversification strategy.
• Conduct market research, financial analysis, and due diligence to assess investment potential.
• Develop investment proposals and lead negotiations for potential acquisitions or participations.
• Collaborate with co-investors, accelerators, and industry networks to find new business opportunities.
• Support and monitor invested companies to ensure their strategic alignment with Viscofan's business goals.
• Occasionally visit potential investment targets and attend investment forums, conferences, and industry events.

Requirements :

• A degree in Business Administration (ADE) or a related field.
• Experience or strong interest in venture capital, private equity, or corporate investments.
• Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus).
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
• Availability to travel occasionally for business meetings and industry events.
