Amaris Consulting in Madrid is seeking a data-driven Business Data Analyst to bridge business needs and data insights. The role requires strong SQL, BI tool proficiency, and Spanish fluency to deliver actionable recommendations.

You will gather requirements, develop dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions in a hybrid Madrid setting.

Formación

• 2-3+ years of experience as a Business Data Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong SQL for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with data visualization BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and gathering business requirements; Git familiarity.
• Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is required.

Spanish fluency is required as part of this role.

• 2-3+ years of experience as a Business Data Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency with SQL for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience working with data visualization and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Solid knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and business requirements gathering, and version control tools such as Git.
• Familiarity with stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven experience translating business needs into data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
