Position Overview :

Dynamic and results-driven mindset to lead our client engagement and sales initiatives in the West and Central Europe region (Spain, UK, Portugal, Italy, France, Germany, Austria). This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence and fostering long-term partnerships within the energy-intensive business sector. This position reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (COO).

Key Responsibilities :

New Market Development & Sales Growth : Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the energy-intensive sector, focusing on AI and digital solutions that promote Cost Efficiency, Resilience and Compliance, Brand Value and Market Positioning, Future-Proofing Through Innovation, ultimately supporting sustainability. Co-develop and implement sale strategies to penetrate new markets and expand INSUS's client base. Achieve and exceed sales targets by driving revenue growth through new client acquisitions and upselling to clients. Client Engagement & Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in target industries in your region. Understand client challenges and objectives to provide tailored solutions that align with their goals. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term collaboration. Strategic Planning & Collaboration : Work closely with the product development team to plan for technical resources support in clients engagement meetings. Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to develop compelling tailored proposals and presentations. Provide market feedback to inform product development and service offerings.

Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client engagement within consulting, AI, or sustainability sectors. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities. Strong understanding of AI and digital technologies, especially as they apply to sustainability in energy-intensive industries. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. Fluency in English; proficiency in German or French is a plus. Willing to travel at 20%
