A multinational lifestyle hospitality group in Barcelona is seeking a Business Development Trainee to join their team. The role involves supporting business plans, managing project follow-ups, and assisting with investor presentations. Candidates should be enrolled in, or have recently graduated from, a relevant degree program and possess strong English skills. Formación

• Currently enrolled in last course or just graduated.
• Possibility of establishing internship agreement with University.

• 6 months internship with 40h/week commitment.

Responsabilidades

• Support with realization of business plans for various hospitality concepts.
• Follow up on current and potential projects and keep data base updated.
• Prepare documents for meetings with investors and attend those meetings.
• Assist with company presentations and proposals.

We are looking for a Business Development Trainee to be based in our Head Office in Barcelona who will work closely with the Business Development team for the Europe, North Africa & Türkiye division for driving business growth across the region.

Main responsibilities

• Support with the realisation of business plans for hotels, restaurants and other hospitality concepts across the region.
• Follow up of the current and potential projects and keep the data base updated .
• Support in the preparation of documents and information for meetings with investors, as well as being present at some meetings.
• Assisting with company presentations and proposals.

Qualifications and requirements

• Currently enrolled in the last course (or just graduated) of Bachelor’s or Master Degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Economics or similar.
• Possibility of establishing and internship agreement with your University.
• Preferably, be available to start in October/November 2025.
• 40h/week internship from Monday to Friday.
• Fluency in English (oral and written). Spanish is a big plus.
• 6 months internship.
• Good command of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (Canva is a plus).
• Able to manage multiple projects at a time and ability to adapt easily in fast-paced environment with deadlines.
