Responsibilities of a Business Development Specialist
  • Attract clinics from the private sector with a management system designed to improve the quality of care for their patients.
  • Advise centers, according to their needs, on why the Doctoralia management system is the right tool for them.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from the initial call to activation.
  • Represent the Doctoralia brand and its values through your daily work.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Fluent in Spanish.
  • Experienced in outbound phone sales and passionate about sales.
  • Comfortable with high call volumes and exceeding targets.
  • Detail-oriented to follow sales processes accurately.
  • Team player who values constructive feedback to improve sales skills.
  • Proficient with CRM tools like Salesforce or Hubspot.
  • Resilient and adaptable to challenges.
  • Results-driven with a passion for closing sales.
