Maximizing Multibrand Dealer Success

The role of a Customer Success Representative is pivotal in ensuring the long-term partnership between our organization and its assigned multibrand dealers across EMEA. This position requires an individual who can efficiently manage relationships, implement service models, and provide exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Manage a portfolio of multibrand dealers across EMEA
  • Oversee the order book for assigned dealers, verifying product availability and discounts
  • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products
  • Analyze data to report on performance indicators
Requirements :
  • Frequent communication with dealers and sales teams
  • Data analysis and statistics skills
  • Experience with SAP, Salesforce, and Excel
  • Able to work with various platforms and vendors
