About you

We are looking for a PIM Consultant to join our team. You will be responsible for guiding our clients through implementing, optimising, and integrating Product Information Management systems. This is a cross-functional role requiring both business and PIM technical understanding to deliver high-quality PIM solutions.

At Novicell, a PIM Consultant's responsibilities include

  • Analyse client requirements and propose tailored PIM solutions.
  • Lead PIM implementations and integrations with eCommerce, ERP, and DAM systems.
  • Coordinate with developers, project managers, and client stakeholders.
  • Create documentation and training materials for end users.
  • Optimize product data workflows and processes.
  • Support change management and continuous improvement.

You are our PIM Consultant if your skills are

  • Professional fluency in English.
  • Experience with PIM platforms such as Bluestone, Pimcore, Salsify, Akeneo, Saleslayer, or similar.
  • Understanding of product data modelling and taxonomy design.
  • Familiarity with APIs, data mapping, and ETL tools.
  • Experience integrating PIM with ERP, CMS, and digital platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of data quality and governance practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Client-oriented with a proactive and consultative mindset.
  • Capable of managing multiple stakeholders and timelines.
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn new tools and technologies.

A typical day at Novicell

  • Review client product data structures and make improvement suggestions.
  • Jump on a discovery call with a client to gather new requirements.
  • Provide support to the Sales team on PIM opportunities, assisting with both sales pitches and the development of sales proposals.
  • Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot a PIM integration.
  • Document product workflows and share best practices.
  • Participate in an internal knowledge-sharing session.
  • Support a client with onboarding.

Nice to have

  • 2 or more years of experience working as a PIM consultant.
  • Experience working in agencies or consultancies.
  • Background in Business Administration.
  • Salary between 28.000€ and 32.000€, based on seniority and skills.
  • Permanent contract in a full-time position.
  • Flexible remuneration with Cobee.
  • You can work from home or come to the office (we’d love that!). Living in Barcelona is a plus for social events but it's not mandatory. We have colleagues in Valencia, Sevilla, Logroño, and Tenerife. You're welcome as long as you are based in Spain and have a working permit.
