Formación

Overview

Location: Madrid / Barcelona

Reports To

This position will report to the General Manager directly

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Handle inquiries, create and improve service proposals for our existing and new clients.
  • Responsible for initiating sales calls to prospective or current clients
  • Supervise accounts daily to retain existing relationships
  • Responsible for price and service negotiation with customers and carriers
  • Responsible for achieve sales goals to aid in achieving targets
  • Nurture new sales leads to secure business
  • Responsible for offering quotes to current and prospective clients
  • Responsible for supervising shipments until delivery completed to guarantee smooth operations and customer satisfaction
  • Build relationship and sell to clients through phone or one-on-one
  • Develop our EU agents network in assigned areas and targets.
  • Perform market research to identify new opportunities and engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years in freight forwarding industry or logistics related business
  • Air / Ocean Freight Import or Export experience in freight forwarding with leadership experience will be an advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven office environment
  • Knowledge of all Import / Export regulations and documents
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in Spanish, English and Chinese
  • Exceptional customer service and follow up skills
  • Great teamwork and communication skills, attend to details
  • The ability to travel to meet clients, attend conferences and research new markets as needed.
