We are an innovative mortgage solutions company catering to both resident and non-resident profiles looking to acquire a mortgage for property in Spain. We operate under two distinct brands to better address the unique needs of our clients: Bayteca for Residents and Mortgage Direct for non-resident.

As we continue to grow and innovate, we’re looking for a B2B Business Developer to manage and develop our active portfolio of B2B partners. The successful candidate will play a vital role as the face of our team to new collaborators, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward innovative solutions. We’re building something amazing from the ground up, and we need team players with determination, resilience, and a passion for making a big impact in the industry.

About the role: what you will do

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Specialist to join our team. Your main responsibility is to accelerate top-of-the-funnel growth by acquiring new partners who can consistently generate and share high-quality mortgage leads. You will play a critical role in expanding our partner network, maximizing lead flow, and ultimately driving business growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partner Acquisition & Expansion – Identify, engage, and onboard new collaborators (real estate agencies, financial advisors, and other key stakeholders) who can generate mortgage leads.
  2. Lead Generation through Partnerships – Build and maintain relationships with partners to ensure a steady stream of high-intent mortgage leads.
  3. Strategic Outreach & Prospecting – Actively research and contact potential partners via cold calls, emails, networking events, and social selling.
  4. Sales-Driven Execution – Set ambitious acquisition goals, track performance, and consistently strive to exceed targets.
  5. Negotiation & Closing Deals – Persuasively communicate our value proposition to convert prospects into long-term business partners.
  6. Market Insights & Optimization – Analyze performance data and industry trends to refine strategies and improve lead acquisition efforts.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong commercial drive, a hunter mindset, and the ability to create impactful partnerships that fuel business growth.

The Perfect Match: What you bring

  1. Experience: 2–3 years in a similar role, with proven success in account or partner management.
  2. Language Skills: Proficient in English (C1 / C2 level).
  3. Availability: Willing to work on-site 4 days per week and travel for events as required.
  4. Nice to have: Experience in Startup environment; Previous experience in the Real Estate market.
