As a Business Development Executive at Accelerate, you will become a key player in our mission to grow our recruitment network and client partnerships across Malta and Europe. This is more than just a job—it's your gateway to an international career in professional services.
Generating and qualifying new leads through cold and warm outreach.
Setting up meetings and introducing clients to Accelerate’s specialist recruitment services.
Progressing to managing the entire sales process —from initial contact to closing deals and maintaining client relationships.
1+ year of experience in a KPI-driven sales role (SDR, BDR, telesales, or B2C / B2B roles)
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
