Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist who is passionate about technology and thrives on the challenges of marketing complex products in a fast-paced environment. You will take charge of our marketing efforts, product definition, defining market fit and strategies for customer acquisition and revenue growth. Your role balances strategic planning with hands-on execution, ensuring our robotics products effectively move through the marketing pipeline from awareness to retention. As a member of a service robotics company, passion for technology will help you succeed in this role.

Primary Duties

1. Develop and implement growth strategies for our products, prioritising initiatives to maximise impact.
2. Craft and execute a comprehensive marketing plan in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
3. Develop business models and pricing models for the products.
4. Analyse and maintain detailed buyer personas, segments and customer journey maps.
5. Drive demand with innovative marketing tactics.
6. Manage KPIs and metrics to measure product success and inform future strategies.
7. Monitor the competitive landscape to strategically position our products.
8. Translate technical product details into compelling benefits for users.
9. Assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, optimising for ROI.
10. Assist in analysing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
11. Support sales channels development and marketing-sales alignment.
12. Coordinate and support various marketing and sales activities.

Mandatory Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or Master in any technical field (engineering is preferred) with marketing experience.
2. At least 3 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a technology-focused industry.
3. Passion for technology is a big plus.
4. Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools.
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
6. Computer skills, including MS Office (especially MS Excel) and Google drive suite (docs, spreadsheets, etc).
7. Applicants need to have a European work permit.
8. Proficient in English and Spanish, with availability to travel as needed.

Permanent full-time contract. 37.5 hours / week - At PAL, we believe in work-life balance and in order for every one of our employees to benefit, from 2024 we have pledged to work 2.5 hours less every week.

Flexible working hours and early finish at 14:00 on Fridays.
