Formación

  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.

One of our companies is currently looking for a Business Development Representative in Spain .

We're looking for a high-energy Business Development Representative to join a fast-growing team focused on transforming the data security landscape. In this role, you'll play a critical part in expanding the customer base by prospecting and qualifying B2B sales leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, articulating the value of a next-gen security platform and helping them move away from outdated legacy tools. This is a dynamic opportunity for someone who thrives in a results-driven environment and is excited to grow within a high-performing sales organization.

Accountabilities :

  • Prospect new leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach
  • Qualify inbound leads and route them effectively to the sales team
  • Initiate conversations with key decision-makers in target companies
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Sales counterparts to drive pipeline growth
  • Maintain accurate records and data using Salesforce and other sales tools
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors
  • Consistently meet or exceed KPIs for daily activity and monthly goals
  • Participate in regular training to improve sales techniques and strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written
  • Strong motivation to build a long-term career in B2B sales
  • Prior experience as an SDR / BDR in a SaaS or tech environment is a plus
  • Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, or Sales Navigator
