This position supports the growth of Fortra’s customer database through lead generation campaigns, following up on marketing-generated leads and direct dial campaigns to generate prospects for Regional Sales Managers. This entry-level role offers a base salary plus commissions and exciting career growth opportunities in sales or marketing.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Generate leads for new software and services.
  • Conduct calling campaigns aimed at acquiring new customers.
  • Facilitate cross-sell referrals.
  • Manage communication, negotiation, and processing of current customer license transfers and upgrades.
  • Arrange product overview demos for customers needing education on their licensed software.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Professional representation of the company and its products.
