Your mission

We are looking for a passionate and motivatedBusiness Developmentprofessional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for driving the growth of our presence in the Iberian and European markets by developing new business opportunities, establishing strategic relationships, and working closely with our internal teams to ensure our technological solutions continue to meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in Iberia and Europe, focusing on financial markets and insurance companies.
  • Create and execute commercial strategies to acquire new clients and expand the existing client portfolio.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring ongoing client relationships.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners in the region.
  • Act as a strategic consultant to our clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions that add value.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create effective campaigns promoting Mirai Risk Tech solutions.
  • Contribute to identifying market trends and adapting commercial strategies based on changes and needs within the sector.
  • Report on sales opportunities, achievements, and challenges to the leadership team.
  • Provide detailed reports on the sales pipeline, revenue forecast, and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure client expectations are met throughout the sales process.
  • Facilitate the integration of new technology solutions into clients' business operations.


Your profile

Education:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related fields. A master's degree or post-graduate qualifications will be considered a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years in business development or B2B sales roles, preferably in SaaS and/or technology sectors.
  • Previous experience in financial or insurance environments with a strong understanding of risk management processes and decision-making within these industries.
  • Knowledge of technology solutions applied to the financial sector (risk management, big data, AI).
  • Experience working with CRM tools (such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Experience or knowledge in Asset and Liability Management (ALM) is a valuable asset.

Skills:
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and partners.
  • Ability to lead the full sales process, from opportunity identification to closing deals and post-sales management.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment, with autonomy and a proactive attitude.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and Spanish.
