Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity for a driven sales personality at a reputable, German-founded, international FinTech company, ready for take-off. As a Business Development Representative (BDR) - French speaker, you will be a key driver in our sales team, expanding our presence in the markets.

Role Responsibilities
  • Prospecting, following up, and passing qualified leads to our Account Executives, who will convert them into new customers.
  • Building relationships with stakeholders up to C-level to identify needs and qualify interests.
  • Passing on solid leads through a high-velocity funnel, and arranging meetings or calls.
  • Collaborating closely with sales executives to achieve company goals.
  • Working hybrid from Madrid, covering the French market.
Candidate Profile
  • Completed studies or experience in a fast-paced environment, seeking a start in sales or sales development.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, confident communication, and trustworthiness.
  • Highly committed, responsive, target-driven, and tech-savvy.
  • Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
