Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity for a driven sales personality at a reputable, German-founded, international FinTech company, who is ready for take-off. As a Business Development Representative (BDR) - French speaker, you will be a key driver in our sales team. We are looking for a highly energetic and passionate individual to expand our presence in the markets.

Role responsibilities
  1. Prospecting, following up, and passing on qualified leads to our Account Executives.
  2. Building relationships with stakeholders up to C-level to identify needs and qualify interests.
  3. Passing solid leads through your high-velocity funnel, connecting them to sales, and arranging meetings.
  4. Collaborating closely with sales executives to meet company targets.
  5. Working hybrid from Madrid, covering the French market.
What you bring
  1. Studies completed and/or experience in a fast-paced environment, looking to start a career in sales.
  2. Excellent communication skills, persuasive, trustworthy, and a good listener.
  3. Highly committed, responsive, target-driven, and tech-savvy.
  4. Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
