Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity for a driven sales personality at a reputable, German-founded, international FinTech company, who is ready for take-off. As Business Development Representative (BDR) - French speaker, and as part of our Sales Team, you are one of our main drivers. We are looking for a highly energetic and passionate Business Development Representative to join our sales team and play a critical role in expanding our presence in the markets.

Role responsibilities
  • Prospect, follow up, and pass on qualified leads to our Account Executives, who will convert them into new customers.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders up to C-level to identify needs and qualify interests to drive sales.
  • Qualify inbound leads and manage high-velocity funnel to connect leads to sales.
  • Collaborate closely with sales executives to meet company targets.
  • Work hybrid from Madrid, covering the French market.

  • Completed studies or experience in a fast-paced environment, seeking a career start in sales or related fields.
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Persuasive, confident, trustworthy, and a good listener.
