A leading travel tech scale-up is expanding its sales team in Barcelona and is hiring ambitious, language-skilled professionals to join as Sales Development Representatives . This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high-growth company, working on innovative solutions in the business travel sector.

What You’ll Do :

  • Identify and engage potential clients in the Nordic or DACH markets
  • Execute outbound sales campaigns via email, phone, and other tools
  • Present modern travel solutions to key stakeholders like HR managers, office administrators, and travel coordinators
  • Work closely with Sales Executives to refine outreach strategies and increase conversion rates
  • Contribute ideas to improve team performance and sales processes

What We’re Looking For :

  • Fluency in German, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish , along with strong English skills
  • Currently based in Barcelona or elsewhere in Spain , with valid work documentation (NIE, Social Security number, bank account)
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or a related field — or strong academic background with commercial mindset
  • A motivated, high-performing individual with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving, start-up-style environments
  • Bonus : Familiarity with SaaS, tech sales, or the business travel industry
