A dynamic recruitment agency in Málaga is seeking a bilingual Business Development Representative (Dutch and French) to identify sales opportunities and manage leads. The ideal candidate will have strong telemarketing skills and experience in outbound sales. Overview

Position: Business Development Representative (Dutch and French)

Location: Malaga, Spain

Employment type: Full-time

Work model: hybrid

Remuneration: Base salary + performance bonus

Duties and responsibilities
  • Generation of consistent sales opportunities for the field Sales Representatives
  • Identification and qualification of prospects and deciders in the targeted companies
  • Lead Generation for Sales (Prospect qualification, Scheduling meetings, meeting tracking, product and solutions presentation)
  • Identification of leads and conducting lead management
  • Successful execution of permanent and segment specific telemarketing campaigns.
Requirements
  • C2 level of Dutch and French language, B2 level of English
  • Good knowledge of general IT and preferably storage environments
  • Very good knowledge of telemarketing/sales techniques
  • Outbound sales experience
  • Ability to identify new sales opportunities
  • Transparent work habits
  • Very good self-organization
  • Punctuality and reliability
  • High social competence, teamwork skills
  • Authenticity and self-confidence.
