What this job can offer you

This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as Manager of CRM, Systems and Tools within our Revenue Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our Salesforce CRM system, ensuring its optimal use to drive sales initiatives. This role involves managing a team of CRM specialists and collaborating with various departments to align our CRM strategy with business goals in a fast-paced environment.

What you bring

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and its components (Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.)
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Platform App Builder are required; Business Analyst and Platform Developer I certifications are a plus.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven leadership experience managing a team of CRM professionals.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate needs into actionable requirements.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment with multiple priorities, demonstrating strong decision-making and project management skills. Hands-on approach required.
  • Strong personal accountability and alignment with Remote's values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee administration, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce platform.
  • Develop and implement CRM policies, procedures, and best practices to support GTM goals.
  • Establish and enforce Salesforce governance policies to ensure sustainable solutions.
  • Maintain documentation related to Salesforce configurations and processes.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop CRM team members, fostering collaboration and high performance.
  • Promote an agile, innovative, and collaborative working environment.
  • Assess team capacity, allocate resources, and prioritize projects based on business needs.
  • Monitor progress and adjust workloads to meet deadlines.

Process Improvement and Integration

  • Translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance CRM functionality and user experience.
  • Lead integration projects between Salesforce and other systems such as marketing automation, support, and analytics platforms.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless data flow and system integration.

Remote Compensation Philosophy

The salary range for this full-time role is $51,700 to $116,350 USD, depending on various factors including location, skills, experience, and market conditions. This range is subject to change.
