This role has been designed as 'Onsite' with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office.

Job Description :

1. Provides resources and guidance to the Partner on where to play within emerging trends in Partner's ecosystem in alignment with HPE business priorities.
2. Works with the Partner to create a mutually beneficial plan for the future.
3. Drives end-to-end HPE revenue, profitability, and pipeline by implementing joint business plans and data-driven sales efforts with the Partner.
4. Develops basic knowledge of partner priorities, industry trends, IT landscape, IT investment strategy, HPE priorities, and HPE Technology and communicates value of the portfolios and solutions to better differentiate HPE from competitors.
5. Coordinates HPE activities with the Partner, leveraging HPE specialists when needed, including sales cadence, education, marketing, executive briefings, proactive forecasting, business planning, and client engagements. Drives HPE marketing strategy through the customer.
6. Enacts day-to-day HPE strategy, programs, and systems with and on behalf of the Partner to assure accelerated financial outcomes and build partner loyalty to HPE.
7. Tailors selling solutions to fit the needs of the partner's customer profile including HPE products, services, and technology alliances to achieve assigned quota.
8. May recruit and develop business relationships with new partners, working to increase partner commitment to HPE.

Education and Experience Required :

1. Bachelor Degree or equivalent in any field (preferably IT / Sales)
2. 1-3 years of relevant work experience or equivalent
3. Native in Dutch and fluent in English

Knowledge and Skills :

1. Foundational industry knowledge in a particular territory
2. Foundational communication and negotiation skills
3. Able to work and collaborate in a team environment
4. Depending on role, may require hunter approach or strategic 'farmer or relationship selling approach.
5. Foundational knowledge in a Customer Relationship Management system or Salesforce system which allows businesses to manage business relationships and the data and information associated with them.
