Position: Business Development Representative (Dutch and French)

Location: Malaga, Spain

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Model: Hybrid

Remuneration: Base salary + performance bonus

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Generate consistent sales opportunities for the field Sales Representatives.
  • Identify and qualify prospects and decision-makers in targeted companies.
  • Lead generation for sales, including prospect qualification, scheduling meetings, tracking meetings, and presenting products and solutions.
  • Manage leads effectively.
  • Execute telemarketing campaigns successfully, both permanent and segment-specific.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Dutch and French (C2 level), English (B2 level).
  • Good knowledge of general IT and storage environments (preferable).
  • Strong telemarketing and sales techniques.
  • Experience in outbound sales.
  • Ability to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Transparent work habits, self-organization, punctuality, and reliability.
  • Excellent social skills, teamwork, authenticity, and self-confidence.
