We are a leading importer and wholesaler of products in Europe. Our portfolio includes over 1400 items from mainstream and independent brands, serving clients across the continent. We support food service and retail businesses by providing access to top-quality authentic products at competitive prices.

This role is critical in driving business growth by converting inbound leads, actively prospecting new opportunities, and managing order processing via our platform.

Main Responsibilities

  • Convert organic leads into active customers, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Prospect and reach out to potential leads in European markets, initiating and nurturing relationships with potential clients.
  • Develop tailored outreach strategies to penetrate specific markets and expand the customer base.
  • Process purchase orders through our platform and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and prospect information.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Report sales activities, performance metrics, and market insights to management.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, ideally within the FMCG sector or food and beverages industry.
  • Proven ability to convert leads into customers and manage the full sales cycle.
  • Strong prospecting skills and ability to independently identify and engage potential customers.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in English and German is required.
  • Experience with CRM systems and strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
