Then consider joining the Translation Services Ops team, and help us contribute to expanding product selection across international platforms.

The successful candidate is highly organized, must have excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple assignments and stakeholders simultaneously. They should respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility.

They will be capable of completing a high volume of tasks with minimal guidance or supervision and be comfortable using technical tools. The role requires working in a fast-paced, international environment where change and ambiguity are common as we grow, improve, and innovate.

Key job responsibilities

This role requires experience in localization, business development, and program management.

  1. Create plans and offers for customer localization teams.
  2. Create and analyze reports of localization data to identify patterns and derive insights regarding volume, quality, cost, turnaround time, and productivity.
  3. Define use cases for automation features and conduct testing.
  4. Create roadmaps, coordinate with peers on specific goals, and update leadership with regular reports.
  5. Maintain functionalities of cross-team processes, such as rules and algorithms for quality checks.
  6. Manage and improve TER-based metrics.
  7. Manage and improve customer-facing quotation workflows.
  8. Develop project plans and workflows, managing time, budget, resources, and quality control.
  9. Manage localization projects end-to-end, collaborating with language specialists, business partners, vendors, and other departments.
  10. Set up projects in proprietary CAT tools, resolve related issues, and address knowledge gaps.
  11. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve terminology, language quality, and workflow questions or conflicts.
  12. Identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks proactively.
  13. Conduct post-mortem meetings and document learnings.
  14. Write, edit, review, and maintain localization process documents.
A day in the life

Update customers on project status and next steps; liaise with quality, capacity, and workflow experts to solve problems or improve processes; align with peers on prioritization and strategies; work on cross-customer improvement programs; report on KPIs; address questions from customers and stakeholders; create and review plans; and share knowledge through training.

Minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
  • Experience in program or project management
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Experience in process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
  • Experience defining program requirements and leveraging data for improvements
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience in end-to-end delivery and reporting results to senior leadership
  • Experience leading process improvements
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Experience building processes, project management, and scheduling
