WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Business Development & Partnerships Data Sr Analyst - Commercial (Openbank)

Mission and responsibilities

• Participate in increasing customer engagement and cross-selling.
• Plan communications and control budgets.
• Collect and interpret data from our AWS Data Lake to generate insights and business opportunities.
• Analyze commercial actions and propose optimizations.
• Communicate results using data visualization tools.
• Convert data into KPIs and insights for commercial initiatives.
• Report financial KPIs.
• Verify customer-related processes with T&O data analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and actions.
• Collaborate with Business, Data Science, and Marketing teams on promotions and audience monitoring.

To be successful in the role you must have

• Over 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor or Master’s in Engineering, Maths, Statistics, or related fields.
• Experience handling large data sets and working with data engineers.
• Skills in problem-solving and identifying business opportunities through data analysis.
• Experience with reporting and automating report generation.
• Experience with Adobe Campaign or similar tools (Salesforce, etc.).
• Experience in Marketing, Business Development, or CRM within tech or FMCG sectors.
• Knowledge of banking or financial products is a plus.
