As Performance Marketing Manager, you will:

  1. Develop, execute, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Instagram), TikTok, etc.
  2. Manage a €15,000 / month advertising budget across 15+ international markets, with a focus on Germany, France, Spain, the UK, and the US.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to create high-converting video content for ad campaigns.
  4. Reinforce the marketing team by hiring, mentoring, and working closely with specialists in CRM, content, and email marketing.
  5. Own and improve performance metrics, ensuring strong ROAS and data-driven decision-making.
  6. Stay ahead of digital marketing trends to explore new acquisition channels and testing opportunities.

Who You Are:

  1. 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok is a plus).
  2. Analytical & Data-Driven: you love tracking KPIs and optimizing for performance.
