About the role :

We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager in UCaaS & CCaaS to join our team. In this role, you will drive business growth by executing strategic initiatives, engaging key customers, and developing vendor partnerships.

The Blended BDM will work with small to large accounts of moderate complexity, fostering strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders to establish TD SYNNEX as a Trusted Advisor in the industry.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Execute the Business Unit strategy to drive profitable market share growth in UCaaS & CCaaS.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and vendors.
  • Identify and onboard new vendors, driving sales and optimizing results.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to enhance market penetration and share of wallet.
  • Lead negotiations on key tenders and large deals.
  • Visit clients.
  • Provide structured sales guidance and enablement to internal teams.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by increasing loyalty and profitability.
  • Engage with vendor operational sales and marketing teams.

What we're kindly looking for :

  • IT industry knowledge and previous experience in the channel : Manufacturer, Distributor, or Partner.
  • Experience / knowledge in UCaaS & CCaaS or Cloud.
  • Proficiency in Spanish.
  • Ability to develop knowledge of product and technology portfolio.
  • Availability to do periodic visits to clients.
  • Telephone sales skills, customer focus, and excellent communication skills.
