Business Development Manager / Specialist - Latam

Responsibilities :

  • Expand the LATAM market and establish partnerships with airlines, hotel suppliers, global travel agencies, OTAs, and enterprises.
  • Mobilize internal resources to drive the global sales of airfare products and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collect and analyze LATAM market information and competitor intelligence; develop and implement effective marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and impact in the overseas market.
  • Develop the LATAM sales plan and annual budget forecast based on business goals and market strategy, ensuring business growth and profitability in the LATAM market.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, international trade, tourism management, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in business development, with familiarity with business models and local culture in overseas markets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; a team player with business acumen and insight.
  • Strong market analysis and business planning abilities; capable of developing and implementing marketing plans and budgeting independently.
  • Professional ethics and service consciousness; able to work under pressure and travel frequently.

Salary : $1,200,000.00 - $1,500,000.00 per month
