We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Corporate Development Specialist to support the growth of our international network of independent M&A advisors. This position is ideal for professionals with strong business development skills, a focus on relationship management, and a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement strategies to identify, interview, and engage experienced independent M&A advisors, contributing to expanding our global network.
  2. Serve as the primary contact for prospective new members who apply for the role, explaining ONEtoONE's value proposition, ensuring their fit, and fostering long-term professional relationships with them.
  3. Collaborate with marketing, research, IT, and operations to develop and execute initiatives to surpass the company's goals.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development, ideally in consulting, investment banking, or executive search.
  • Proven track record in identifying business opportunities and achieving growth targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work in a results-driven environment.
  • High-level proficiency in spoken and written English (C2 level).
  • Ability to work flexible hours to coordinate with international teams across different business time zones.
  • Based in Spain (preferably in Madrid) and able to work remotely with appropriate work authorization.
