A remote crypto company is seeking a Business Development Manager for Spain. The role involves developing partnerships, maintaining KOL relationships, and providing excellent customer service. Ideal candidates have experience in the crypto or blockchain market, strong leadership, and communication skills, and are bilingual in English and local languages.

Formación

Business Development Manager – Spain

Location: Spain, Fully remote

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop new partnerships with media and Affiliates (e.g., KOLs, influencers, and local crypto leaders) to attract first-time depositors and trades.
  2. Maintain existing KOL relationships and monitor performance.
  3. Provide timely, satisfactory, and trustworthy customer service and issue resolution to Bybit’s Affiliates and users, liaising proactively with Bybit’s internal teams, and offering improvement recommendations to management.
  4. Contribute to developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy for Spain, focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  5. Expand Bybit’s client base and build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  6. Enhance Bybit’s reputation and business presence in local markets.
  7. Research emerging Blockchain trends and recommend new offerings to meet customer needs.
  8. Stay updated on social media trends (YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and within the Blockchain influencer community.

Candidate Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in Crypto or Blockchain within the Spanish market, with existing relationships or knowledge of influential figures.
  2. Proven track record in Business Development or Sales.
  3. Self-driven, passionate about making an impact in an evolving industry, and proactive in market analysis.
  4. Result-oriented with persistence until achieving business and customer satisfaction goals.
  5. Passionate about Blockchain and Web3.
  6. Ability to analyze sales data and generate reports.
  7. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related fields; MBA is a plus.
  9. Experience managing and leading a team of BD or Sales professionals.
  10. Bilingual: fluent in English and preferably one or more local languages.
