A leading company in asset management is seeking a B2B Sales/Account Executive to drive business growth and manage key client accounts. This role requires strong sales skills, a solid background in marketing and technology, and the ability to build long-lasting relationships. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience and a proven track record in meeting sales targets.

Formación

  • 5+ years in B2B Sales/Account Executive or Business Manager roles.

The Job

You will be responsible for :

  • Designing business plans in line with Company's strategy and objectives.
  • Working with various stakeholders to ensure business plans are effectively rolled out.
  • Driving business efficiency and profitability by identifying and implementing process improvements to optimise performance wherever possible.
  • Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.
  • Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximise share of wallet.
  • Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow-up.
  • Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
  • Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
  • Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
  • Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
  • New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
  • Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
  • Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
  • Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
  • Delivering effective sales skills training to the sales teams.
  • Coaching sales teams and helping them in applying training content to real-life situations.

The Profile

  • You have at least 5 years experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or Business Manager / Chief of Staff role, ideally within the Asset Management, Consulting and Other Services industry.
  • You have solid prior experience within Marketing.
  • You have solid prior experience within Sales.
  • You have solid prior experience within Technology.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You possess excellent communication and business-facing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
  • You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
