Formación

  • 2-4 years in an administrative or coordination role, preferably in sales.
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and Italian is required.

Southern Europe and LATAM Commercial Coordinator (12 months FTC)

Role, missions & responsibilities

You will be a key member of our daily Spanish, Southern Europe and LATAM operations, leading success from a back office perspective to special projects associated with scaling a hyper growth business.

You will be responsible for:

  • Travel and event organization
  • Expense management
  • Invoicing tracking and support with coordinating sales people to gain subscription dates
  • Supporting on Sales coordination and Sales Administration support with Salesforce topics, Letter of Intent and contracts.
  • Supporting on specific projects for VP Southern Europe & LATAM and wider team and Marketing activities
  • Office management
  • Taking / tracking actions
  • Adhoc projects

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • 2-4 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably in a commercial or sales environment.
  • Prior experience in supporting commercial teams across Southern Europe / LATAM is a plus.
  • Language Skills:
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and Italian (both written and spoken) is required.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
