AkensNordburg is looking for a Business Development Manager (m/f) for an international company that develops and commercializes trenchless systems to liaise with water network operators, engineering firms, and contractors. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing engineered solutions for the trenchless renovation of pressure pipes in Spain and Portugal. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Business Development in the trenchless industry in Spain/Portugal. They should possess a strong technical background in the construction industry and have the cultural sensitivity to communicate effectively with all stakeholders of a rehabilitation project. The position reports directly to the “Director Business Development Europe” based in Germany.

Place of work: The candidate will work from a home office, preferably in Madrid and surroundings (not mandatory), with regular travel within Spain and Portugal. Occasional travel to the head office in Germany, e.g., for annual sales meetings.
