The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the trenchless industry, strong communication skills, and a self-motivated attitude, with a base salary reflecting their expertise and contribution.
Akensordburg is looking for a Business Development Manager (m / f) for an international company that develops and commercializes trenchless systems to liaise with water network operators, engineering firms, and contractors. The selected candidate will be responsible to provide engineered solutions for the trenchless renovation of pressure pipes in Spain and Portugal. The successful candidate must have a minimum experience of 10 years in Business Development in the trenchless industry in Spain / Portugal. The successful individual must possess a strong technical background in the construction industry and have the cultural sensitivity to effectively communicate with all stakeholders of a rehabilitation project. The position reports directly to the “Director Business Development Europe” based in Germany.

Place of work : The candidate will work from a home office (preferably in Madrid and surroundings) and travel regularly within Spain / Portugal from there. Travels to the head office in Germany on specific occasions, e.g. annual sales meeting.
