A leading company in the logistics sector, TIBA, is expanding its chartering division and seeking a Business Development Manager. This role requires expertise in chartering operations and strong commercial acumen. Formación

  • Minimum 3 years in chartering and experience in bulk, breakbulk, and project markets.
  • Financial related experience including profit and loss accounts.
  • Advanced English and Spanish; other languages are a plus.

TIBA continues to evolve and embrace new challenges : introducing our CHARTERING division ️

As a leader in the freight forwarding sector, we are expanding our logistics solutions with a specialized chartering service , providing flexible and strategic options for transporting full loads and customized projects through chartered ships and aircraft.

With this expansion, we are looking for talented professionals with experience in chartering operations management, negotiation with shipowners and airlines, and planning large-scale shipments.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience in :

  • Strong operational knowledge .
  • Chartering within bulk, breakbulk and project markets for coaster and MPP ships
  • Financial related experience (min 2 years) : tracking of payments, profit and loss accounts, etc
  • Commercial skills and business acumen.
  • Advanced level of English and Spanish (other languages are a plus).

  • Problem-solving and incident resolution
