POSITION OVERVIEW
- Implementation and development of CND business in Asia and EMEA countries.
- Sales and marketing budget management in a responsible territory.
- Coordination with marketing and education for launches, promotions, and events.
MAJOR DUTIES
- This role will lead some of Asia and EMEA markets with CND brand portfolio to achieve budgeted Gross and Net sales targets while contributing to the overall department budgeted EBITDA.
- Work with the Commercial Director and EMEA & Asia Business Unit (Marketing, Education, Finance, Regulatory) to develop, lead, and execute a sustainable growth strategy focused on brand building in these markets.
- Achieve sales and profit goals by creating growth strategies for each customer aligned with the company’s business plan, pricing, and promotions policies.
- Ensure all NPD and promotional activities are launched with appropriate support as per the strategy.
- Develop customer JBPs and funding to ensure joint growth targets are met within budget.
- Drive in-market sales through excellent execution and partnerships with CND distributors.
- Lead and develop distribution partners to meet sales targets.
- Manage market activities and brand support investments organized by distributors.
- Develop and execute sales & marketing plans jointly with distribution partners.
- Monitor progress via monthly reports as per standards.
- Implement trade terms and conditions in line with brand strategy.
- Negotiate and strategize with distributors through regular market visits.
- Provide financial and volume forecasts, and performance insights.
- Coordinate legal support for agreements, export / import documentation, and product registration.
- Manage invoicing and credit processes within standards.
- Collaborate with team and cross-functional partners.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
- Proven success in managing customers in Middle East and Asia.
- Experience in professional nail / beauty categories is advantageous.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Deep knowledge of B2B or distributor account management, JBP, and promotional landscape.
- Understanding of Asian and Middle Eastern cultures and distributor practices.
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Negotiation skills, ideally with training.
- Influencing skills with stakeholders.
- Ability to create compelling sales presentations.

EDUCATION
