Formación

  • 2–4 years of experience in media buying or Account Management.

Responsibilities
  • Own and grow our existing Performance Demand partnerships by identifying new opportunities, responding to requests, and onboarding new media buyers.
  • Understand our business model and KPIs to pitch strategies that create value for partners.
  • Monitor market and industry innovations to develop new opportunities.
  • Increase and scale current partnerships.
  • Track and analyze metrics to improve user acquisition efforts, collaborating with Account Managers.
  • Work with the Account Management, Tech, and Legal teams to address client needs.
  • Turn data into insights for business decisions.
  • Coordinate with team members for data integrations and account setup.
  • Upsell to current accounts and maintain communication with Account Managers.
  • Collaborate strategically on business development initiatives related to mobile publishers and apps.
  • Identify prospects and develop relationships within the media publisher and app developer community.
Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of experience in media buying or Account Management.
  • Experience in sales, account management, publisher, app, or mobile agency is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of the mobile industry.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, with a proven track record in business development and closing deals.
  • Ability to analyze data and craft tailored sales strategies.
  • Results-driven with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Energetic, positive, with a good sense of humor.
  • Comfortable in a fast-changing environment, with strategic and tactical understanding of mobile advertising.
