A leading international company specializing in off-grid power solutions is seeking a Business Development Manager to enhance their presence in Europe. This role involves driving growth in the working van and mobile utility sector, focusing on strategic partnerships and B2B sales. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of off-grid solar systems and have at least 5 years of relevant experience. Fluency in English is essential, with German as a strong advantage. Formación

  • Minimum 5 years in business development, sales, or partnerships.

Business Development Manager – Europe (Working Van / Off-Grid Segment)

About the Company : Our client is an international company specializing in

off-grid power solutions , with a strong global presence. To support their rapid expansion in Europe, they are looking for a Business Development Manager to focus on the

segment — targeting mobile professionals, van converters, and related distribution channels.

Role Overview : The Business Development Manager will lead regional growth efforts in the working van and mobile utility sector, driving strategic partnerships and B2B sales across the DACH region and wider Europe. This role requires strong knowledge of

off-grid solar solutions

and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Key Responsibilities : Develop and manage key partnerships with

van builders, converters, solar installers , and

serving mobile professionals (electricians, contractors, field workers, etc.) Identify and capture new business opportunities in the working van / off-grid power market Design and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to

off-grid energy

use cases Stay updated on market trends and

competitor offerings

e.g. Victron, EcoFlow, Bluetti) Build and manage a robust pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals Represent the company at relevant European trade shows and events Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to optimize product-market fit

Requirements : Minimum 5 years of experience in

business development, sales, or partnerships

in the renewable energy or

off-grid power sector Deep understanding of

12V / 24V DC systems , solar panels, inverters, and portable energy storage Existing network in the

ecosystem preferred Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage Strong ownership mindset — able to work independently, set strategy, and deliver results

Nice to Have : Experience working with or competing against brands like

EcoFlow , or similar Background in RVs, campervans, off-grid cabins, or field-service vehicle solutions Familiarity with European regulatory frameworks around solar and mobile energy
