We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to join the Barcelona Clinical Coordinating Center (BCCC), an academic Contract Research Organization (CRO) based in Barcelona. This is a great opportunity for a junior professional with experience in drug or medical device development and international regulatory processes.

You’ll be at the heart of our business growth strategy—collaborating with leadership, engaging stakeholders, and helping expand our impact in the healthcare research space.

Key Responsibilities

• Support BCCC leadership in strategic programs focused on long-term value.
• Contribute to business expansion and client generation strategies.
• Strengthen the BCCC brand through external partnerships and events.
• Lead marketing initiatives and represent BCCC at international forums.
• Build a database of leads and develop promotional materials.
• Deliver regular progress reports and impact presentations.
• Maintain direct communication with clients.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a health-related discipline.
• 2+ years in marketing and / or business development.
• Experience in healthcare or startups is a plus.
• Fluency in English, Catalan, and Spanish.
• Detail-oriented, quality-driven, and highly organized.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team mindset.
