Due to the great growth we are experiencing, we want to strengthen our staff with a Production Directo. At Seabery we develop and manufacture AR / VR simulators focused on improving learning processes in different professions.
We are the largest Augmented Reality company in Spain and leaders in our field of specialization worldwide. We are a global reference in Augmented Training and industrial gamification for manual skills training in industry. We collaborate with universities and large companies in the industrial sector such as Daimler-Mercedes, Siemens, Volkswagen or Miller.
Seabery has developed the educational technology platform for welder training Soldamatic Augmented Training, the world's leading market solution.

This critical role encompasses the full spectrum of manufacturing activities, including procurement, warehousing, fabrication, and quality control. The Head of Manufacturing will be responsible for ensuring efficient production, maintaining high-quality standards, managing a team of professionals, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires a strong leader with excellent technical skills, a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, and a proven track record of achieving operational excellence.

What type of profile are we thinking about?
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or related field) is required. A Master's degree is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (e.g., Production Manager, Plant Manager, Operations Manager).
Technical Skills:
Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish (native) and English (C1 level) is required.
