Role Description
Your mission : Drive our growth by acquiring new clients and opening new market
You will :
- Identify and prospect potential clients in strategic sectors and channels.
- Persuasively present our cutting-edge natural solutions.
- Organize and coordinate product trials or pilots tailored to client needs.
- Provide technical and commercial follow-up throughout the testing phase.
- Negotiate and close first sales, turning prospects into long-term partners.
- Ensure all key client information is documented in our CRM for seamless collaboration.
- Gather and share market insights, trends, and client feedback to refine our value proposition.
- Develop and execute action plans to drive client acquisition and business growth.
- Visit clients and host them at our state-of-the-art facilities.
- Participate in industry events and conferences and deliver presentations to promote our solutions and strengthen our market presence.
- Potentially manage key accounts, depending on client needs.
- Report directly to the Sales Director of the division
Who Are You?
- You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in ingredient or technical sales, ideally in the sweet, beverage or dairy industry.
- You are a true hunter—well-connected, respected, and driven to open new doors in the industry.
- Exceptional communicator and listener, customer-focused, able to build trust-based B2B relationships.
- You combine commercial acumen with strong technical understanding.
- Adaptable to different customer profiles and cultures.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects, trials, and schedules, and keep CRM data up to date.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and innovative spirit.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Academic background in Business, International Business, or a technical discipline.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
