Formación

  • 2–4 years of media buying or Account Management experience.

Ads and More is a user-acquisition agency focused on promoting apps. We are a fast-growing start-up, and we are looking for someone to join our remote international team as a Business Development Manager. We aim to grow into new markets and expand our client base rapidly.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow our existing Performance Demand partnerships by identifying new opportunities, responding to requests, and onboarding new media buyers.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of our business model and KPIs of advertiser initiatives to pitch strategies for creating value for partners.
  • Monitor market and industry innovations to develop new opportunities proactively.
  • Increase and scale current partnerships.
  • Track and analyze metrics, and collaborate with Account Managers to improve user acquisition efforts.
  • Work closely with the Account Management, Tech, and Legal teams to address client needs and support their business growth.
  • Convert data into insights for business decisions.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth data integrations and account setups.
  • Upsell within current accounts and maintain good communication with Account Managers, intervening when necessary.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Business Development on strategic initiatives related to mobile publishers and app developers.
  • Identify new prospects and develop relationships within the media publisher and app developer community.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of media buying or Account Management experience.
  • Experience in sales, account management, publisher, app, or mobile agency roles is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of the mobile industry.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, self-motivation, and success in developing and closing new business.
  • Ability to research and analyze data.
  • Proven achievement in meeting goals and being revenue-driven.
  • Skills in crafting sales pitches and presenting tailored strategies to clients.
  • Self-starter with a hunger for new business, positive attitude, energy, and a sense of humor.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment and taking actionable steps.
  • Understanding of strategic and tactical aspects of mobile advertising.
