Formación

  • 1–3 years of experience in a lead generation role (e.g., BDR, SDR) in a SaaS or technical environment.
  • Fluent in English, plus either French or German.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms, knowledge of lead-gen tools is a plus.

Taylor Hopkinson is looking for a Business Developer on behalf of a fast-growing renewable energy startup based in Barcelona.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients.
  • Evaluate leads before passing them to Account Executives.
  • Explore untapped market segments and update the customer database accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions.
  • Work closely with technical and data teams to support the improvement of renewable energy solutions.
  • Provide regular updates on KPIs and market trends to the Head of Sales.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a lead generation role (e.g., BDR, SDR) in a SaaS or technical environment.
  • Fluent in English, plus either French or German (other EU languages are a plus).
  • Strong initiative, energy, and sense of ownership.
  • Ability to grasp technical products and communicate their value.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms; knowledge of lead-gen tools is a plus.
  • Experience managing stakeholders.
