The Growth Marketing Manager Plazo position is responsible for marketing and growth strategy for the Plazo project in Spain. To achieve sales and growth goals, manage the budget plan in coordination with the CMO & Country Manager. Lead the local team and coordinate strategies across SEO, PPC, Direct Marketing, Affiliates, and other strategic partnerships to secure growth plans.

Primary Responsibilities

Define Strategic Plan :

  • Develop strategies for company growth and sales targets per product (Plazo).
  • Establish annual budgets with specific targets.
  • Manage online and offline marketing strategies.

Negotiation :

  • Negotiate with current and potential partners to support company growth.

KPIs Monitoring & Reporting :

  • Analyze results from a business perspective, considering implications on related product and risk KPIs.
  • Update daily and weekly reports.
  • Create monthly reports for company investors.
  • Participate in top management reporting meetings.

Achieve Sales Goals (Monthly + Yearly) :

  • Focus on achieving monthly sales targets as a key performance indicator.

Operations :

  • Create and prioritize tasks with Product and Risk teams to follow the strategic roadmap and meet company objectives.

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge / Abilities :

  • Stay updated on latest online marketing trends.
  • Strong marketing management knowledge.
  • Understanding of economics and finance, crucial for leading growth in the FinTech sector.
  • Business administration skills.
  • Proficiency with Tableau, Excel, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Experience with online CMS and marketing tools like Wordpress, Supermetrics, Semrush, Facebook Ads.
  • Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure.
  • Independent worker with leadership skills to guide team members toward growth objectives.
  • Ability to implement marketing strategies in a fast-growing online environment.
