Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Mortgage Broker (ICI) to join our dynamic team in Spain. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding international clients through the Spanish mortgage process, liaising with local banks, and providing expert advice and support.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end mortgage applications for international customers purchasing property across multiple countries.
• Maintain strong relationships with Spanish banks and other financial institutions.
• Provide professional advice on mortgage products, terms, and conditions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
• Deliver outstanding client service, responding promptly and clearly to customer queries.
• Contribute to the growth and success of the Upscore platform by offering market insights and client feedback.

Requirements

• Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a mortgage broker in Spain.
• Proven track record working with international customers and Spanish banks.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
