Powy, a brand of TheF Charging is a fast-growing company in the field of implementation and management of electric vehicle charging infrastructure. Our mission is to foster the growth of sustainable mobility through the development of an extensive and efficient network of charging points for electric vehicles, aimed at offering the highest quality service, in strategic and high-value locations.

To strengthen the Business Development team, responsible for finding new collaboration opportunities for the expansion of our recharging network, we are looking for a Business Development Manager with commercial experience, capable of developing collaboration agreements from start to finish with both public and private entities, preferably with a focus on hospitality, restaurant industry and real estate . The candidate will be part of the team reporting to the Director of Business Development, and will independently oversee various assigned projects.

Responsibilities :

  • Actively seek new business opportunities to ensure the expansion of the recharging network.
  • Conduct market analysis to establish guidelines and priorities for business development.
  • Participate in defining strategies to cover different verticals.
  • Analyze new tenders and manage existing ones.
  • Prepare offers for implementing charging infrastructure for various types of clients, ensuring proper negotiation until the agreement is signed.
  • Identify strategic partners to develop collaboration agreements that allow Powy to increase its client portfolio.
  • Manage generated leads and their progression appropriately within the CRM.

Hard Skills Required :

  • Experience in lead generation and management
  • Ability to work proactively independently and with a results-oriented focus
  • Experience with legal contracts
  • Previous experience of at least 3 years in a similar role
  • Availability to travel across Spain
  • Knowledge of Office suite
  • Native Spanish speaker
  • Intermediate English (B2 / C1) is very important to communicate with the whole team both in written and spoken form - Italian is positively valued, but not mandatory

A valuable experience in knowledge of electric vehicle charging infrastructure and / or renewable energies , is a plus.
